California Baby Surrogacy exists so that intended parents — wherever they live, whatever language they speak — can pursue gestational surrogacy in California with clarity, dignity, and full legal protection.
Our mission
We help intended parents from the United States, China, and around the world build their families through gestational surrogacy, egg donation, and sperm donation, coordinated from our Los Angeles office.
We do this in two languages, with one senior coordinator per case, and under the legal framework of California Family Code §7960–7962 — the most established gestational surrogacy statute in the United States.
We measure success the way our families do: a healthy baby coming home, with every legal, medical, and travel document in order.
Our 5-year vision
Over the next five years CBS will continue to deepen — not broaden. We aim to remain a single-office Los Angeles agency with senior multilingual coordinators, while expanding the depth of our diverse donor program, our clinic network in Southern California, and our international travel and document support — so families anywhere in the world can plan a U.S. surrogacy journey with the same confidence as a domestic one.

Excellence
We partner only with board-certified REI physicians, top-rated laboratories, licensed reproductive attorneys, and SEEDS-aligned standards of practice. We would rather decline a case than match it to a clinic or carrier we cannot fully vouch for.
Care
Intended parents, gestational carriers, and donors are each their own client — emotionally, medically, and legally. Each gets a senior coordinator, 24/7 support during active cycles, and access to mental-health resources throughout the journey.
Accessibility
Surrogacy is complex; our explanations should not be. Every document, intake, and consultation is delivered in plain English and plain Mandarin, with Spanish support on request and no fertility-jargon barriers to understanding.
Our ethics commitment
California Baby Surrogacy practices only lawful gestational surrogacy under California Family Code §7960–7962. We do not facilitate traditional surrogacy or any arrangement that is not expressly permitted by California law.
We follow SEEDS (Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy) and ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine) guidelines for donor and carrier selection, informed consent, compensation, and post-cycle care.
We do not provide medical, legal, or tax advice ourselves. Every family is referred to independent California-licensed reproductive attorneys and board-certified REI physicians before any binding agreement is signed.
Sex selection and non-medical embryo selection are clinical decisions made by intended parents and their treating physicians, never by the agency. CBS does not market or solicit families on the basis of these clinical decisions.
